The Energy Axis platform and app(s) (the "Platform" or “The Energy Axis”) is provided by EnergyAxis Digital Limited. EnergyAxis Digital Limited (“The EnergyAxis”, “we”, “us”, “our” “Company”), recognizes your privacy rights in accordance of data protection policy of the country wherein the The Energy Axis is incorporated. Thus, it is important to us as a law-abiding organisation that your Personal Data is managed, processed, and protected in accordance with the provisions of the applicable laws. The EnergyAxis, Energy Axis Digital Limited will not be liable or held accountable for any system failure as a result of download from or use of this site.
